On the afternoon of June 12, 2025, an intensive training session on AI applications specifically for staff, employees, and teachers from the Office and Administration Department took place! The session featured a highly engaging and practical topic: "Escape Office Clutter with AI: Use Once - Benefit Long-Term."
We were honored to welcome two talented and experienced speakers:
- Dr. Nguyen Thi Phan Thu - Lecturer at VNU University of Economics, an expert in applying AI to data management and strategy.
- Mr. Do Quang Huy, M.A. - CEO of EcoTop Company, Co-founder of Ding Ding Group, e-commerce consultant for Mixcom Company.
The training was specifically designed to equip participants with practical knowledge and skills, helping teachers confidently apply the most popular and practical AI tools in their daily administrative and office tasks, such as drafting announcements, conducting in-depth data analysis, and building quality assessment reports. AI promises to be a powerful assistant, making work processes much more efficient and streamlined!
Grasping and leveraging the power of artificial intelligence is key to processing information and mastering knowledge, contributing to enhancing education quality and creating breakthrough learning experiences. AI is not only an inevitable trend in education in the digital age, but it also comprehensively impacts the curriculum, teaching and learning processes, as well as assessment.
After the training session, the staff and teachers from the Office and Administration department were incredibly excited, having grasped ways to apply AI in office and administrative work. We hope AI will help teachers and staff work more conveniently and unleash their creativity! With the knowledge and skills gained today, the school's administrative staff will be more confident, more creative, and will reasonably apply artificial intelligence to truly make AI a powerful tool to enhance the quality of education and training at the school in the coming academic years.
