In the lively atmosphere of the nation's youth celebrating the success of the 14th National Party Congress and looking forward to major holidays for the country and the School, the HES Joint Youth Union has successfully organized a series of meaningful and practical activities aimed at improving the quality of Union work and nurturing the next generation of youth.
This series of activities was implemented during a particularly significant period: Heading towards the 96th Anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 – February 3, 2026), the 95th Anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 – March 26, 2026), and centrally, the peak emulation phase to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the High School of Education Sciences.
Enhancing Union Leadership Capacity in the Digital Era
Recognizing that Union officials are the "leaders" of youth movements, the school's Joint Youth Union organized a Training Conference on Branch Work for Class Union Secretaries with the theme: “Building a Strong Youth Union Branch.”
The training focused on two key tasks for the near future: preparation for the second phase of the New Member Induction Ceremony and the process of organizing Branch Congresses for the 2026–2027 term. During the session, the Class Secretaries were equipped with systematic knowledge regarding Union Charters, document drafting skills, and personnel work.
Notably, a new feature of this year's training was the integration of soft skills for the digital transformation era. Through realistic hypothetical scenarios, Union officials practiced digital communication skills and the proficient use of online tools for managing Union affairs and organizing activities. This not only improves work efficiency but also affirms the dynamism and quick adaptability of HES youth leaders to the demands of the new age.

Nurturing Revolutionary Ideals for the Next Generation
In parallel with leadership training, the development of new Union members was given special attention. The second phase of the "Appreciation of the Youth Union" class for the 2025–2026 school year was organized for outstanding youths nominated by their respective branches.
Participants received deep education on revolutionary ideals and explored the glorious history of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. The curriculum did more than provide foundational knowledge; it helped students clearly understand the role and mission of a Union member in the new era. From this, each outstanding youth can build their own solid political mettle and determine the right motivation to strive to join the Union ranks, adding high-quality resources to the organization.

The recent series of activities is a clear testament to the spirit of “Wherever the youth are needed, they are there; whatever is difficult, there is the youth” at the High School of Education Sciences. By standardizing organizational work and focusing on ideological cultivation, the Joint Youth Union is step-by-step building a strong and united collective.
With the vigor of a new spring and pride in their 10-year-old school, HES Union members and youths are determined to study, train, and compete to achieve excellent results, contributing to the glorious traditions of the School and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
