Hoa Lac - May 7, 2025, at Hall HT2, the High School for Education Sciences (HES) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the University of Economics and Business - Vietnam National University, Hanoi (UEB), marking the expansion of the VNU12+ Talent Incubation Program - a pioneering initiative that connects high school students with the university environment.

As one of the pioneering schools implementing the program, HES has once again affirmed the quality of its students, with 4 out of 5 HES participants in the VNU12+ program at UEB achieving outstanding academic performance"UEB highly values the dynamism, creativity, and academic capability of HES students. Many of them, after experiencing VNU12+, have chosen to continue their academic journey at UEB," said Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Trung Thanh, Rector of UEB, in his remarks at the event.

Launched by Prof. Dr. Le Quan, President of VNU, the VNU12+ program has become a springboard for 12th-grade students to engage early with disciplines such as economics, business, and management. At HES, the program serves not only as career orientation but also as a platform for students to develop their personal competencies in a real academic setting.

The ceremony also featured touching moments as parents and HES alumni shared their personal growth journeys. Ms. Ngoc Anh, mother of student Vu Duy Anh (12D7), expressed deep gratitude to the HES faculty for inspiring and empowering her child to break through limits. Meanwhile, Hoang Nhat Quynh, an HES alumna and now a student at UEB, shared: "From my very first steps into university experiences, HES has always been a solid support system."

The VNU12+ program is becoming a symbol of future-oriented education - where students are not only learning to know, but also to act, to assert themselves, and to contribute to society. With the dedicated partnership of UEB and other VNU units, HES's journey of talent incubation is taking steady and ambitious strides forward.
