This summer, instead of blackboards and white chalk or familiar lectures, the campus of the High School of Education Sciences (HES) at HT2 - Hoa Lac is buzzing with the sounds of teachers tilling the soil, planting trees, and tending to the garden themselves.
With the desire to create a green, nature-friendly school environment, the teachers have collectively planted more trees, meticulously cared for each vegetable bed and flower pot, transforming every corner of the yard into vibrant "mini-gardens."
"For the benefit of ten years, plant trees; for the benefit of a hundred years, cultivate people." President Ho Chi Minh's teaching is seemingly brought to life by the teachers in a simple yet profound way: caring for plants is like caring for students, always diligent, meticulous, patient, and full of love.
This is not just an act of beautifying the school's landscape; it is also a vivid lesson about love for nature and the spirit of environmental preservation that teachers wish to impart to their students.
Education is not confined to textbooks. It begins with simple things like a sprouting seed, a drop of sweat, a hand covered in soil...
Let's look back at the energetic and loving moments from the "summer garden" nurtured by the teachers and union members of the High School of Education Sciences!
