On the afternoon of Friday, April 25, 2025, the Executive Committee of the Staff and Teachers' Youth Union Branch successfully organized the regular April thematic activity, "Effective Teamwork Skills," with the enthusiastic response and participation of teachers from the two Staff and Teachers' Youth Union Branches in the school.

The extracurricular activity of the Staff and Teachers' Youth Union Branch was honored by the presence of leaders and the School Management Board:

In an open and friendly atmosphere, the activity provided much useful content. It can be said that teamwork is one of the important skills in work and life, an opportunity to help each individual develop their strengths, affirm their value in the collective, and also help us learn how to listen, coordinate, and support each other towards a common goal.

At the activity, the teachers frankly exchanged and discussed common problems encountered in the teamwork process, as well as shared their own experiences and perspectives on how to handle them through beneficial and engaging debate activities.

Each regular activity helps the teachers in the Staff and Teachers' Youth Union Branch improve their soft skills and is also an opportunity to interact, strengthen solidarity, and for the members of the Youth Union Branch to better understand, unite, and have a greater sense of responsibility in the collective.

Wishing the teachers always to maintain their enthusiastic spirit, be ready to contribute, and constantly learn to together build a united, creative, and strong collective.
