On the morning of April 16, 2025, at the Knowledge Park in Hoa Lac, HES students attended the Launch Ceremony of the 2025 VNU-level Reading Culture Ambassador Competition.
Continuing the success of the Reading Culture Ambassador Competition from 2020 to 2024, the Library and Digital Knowledge Center organized the 2025 VNU-level Reading Culture Ambassador Competition to cultivate reading habits and skills among the younger generation, thereby igniting passion, promoting the reading movement, developing reading culture in the community, enhancing information and knowledge access capabilities, fostering creativity, inspiring aspirations for contribution, developing the country, and contributing to building the cultural values and human standards of Vietnam. VNU LIC organized the launch ceremony for the 2025 Reading Culture Ambassador Competition.
The program featured the participation of 3 special speakers:
- Mr. Hoang Nam Tien - With over 30 years of association with FPT Corporation, he has held many senior leadership positions such as Chairman of FPT Software, Chairman of FPT Telecom, and Chairman of Ftel. Currently, he serves as Vice Chairman of the FPT University Council (FPT Education), a pioneer in digital transformation of education and training the future generation of technology students.
- Mr. Nguyen Canh Binh - Chairman of Alphabooks, an inspiring entrepreneur and author with a vision for developing reading culture and a digital knowledge ecosystem in Vietnam.
- Mr. Nguyen Hoang Son - Director of the Library and Digital Knowledge Center, VNU, a leading expert in the fields of Library Science, Information Science, and Knowledge Management.
The program was an opportunity for HES students to interact, learn, develop reading culture, and enhance their ability to access information and knowledge in the digital age.
