In celebration of the nationwide Party Congresses for the 2025 - 2030 term, leading up to the 14th National Party Congress, the 4th Congress of Branches under the HES Party Committee was solemnly held on the afternoon of February 13, 2025, at the green campus of Hoa Lac.
The congress was honored to welcome Comrade Nguyễn Thị Hương – Party Secretary and Chairwoman of the University of Education Council, and Comrade Nguyễn Quý Thanh – Deputy Party Secretary and Rector of the University of Education. Also in attendance were representatives from the Party Committees of various faculties under the University of Education, along with all Party members of the school's Party Branch.
During the congress, delegates reviewed the Summary Report for the 2022 - 2025 term, objectively and comprehensively assessing the achievements in implementing the Party Branch's Resolution. In a serious and responsible working atmosphere, discussions took place to set goals, directions, and tasks for the 2025 - 2027 term.
In his directive speech, Comrade Nguyễn Quý Thanh – Deputy Party Secretary and Rector of the University of Education, highly praised the accomplishments of the past term and provided valuable guidance for the future direction of the Party Branch and the school.
The congress successfully elected a new Party Executive Committee comprising three competent and qualified members to lead the Party Branch toward further development:

- Comrade Nguyễn Thị Thanh Hoa – Deputy Secretary
- Comrade Nguyễn Hải Dương – Member
