On November 21, 2024, the Fourth Inter-Chapter Representative Youth Union Congress of the High School of Education Sciences was successfully held with a serious, focused, and democratic spirit. The congress was a significant political event and important forum for the school's youth, conducted in two sessions. Its primary tasks were to evaluate the Youth Union and Youth Movement's work results for the 2022-2024 term, and on that basis, establish objectives, orientations, tasks, and solutions to develop the Youth Union's work for the 2024-2027 term.

The congress was attended by leadership representatives, distinguished guests from the University of Education's Youth Union, the School's Party Committee, School Leadership Board, key staff members, and especially 55 representatives from various youth chapters.

During the congress, delegates listened to summary reports reviewing Youth Union and Youth Movement activities for the 2022-2024 term and the action plan for 2024-2027. They also received guidance from Mr. Nguyen Van Hung - Secretary of the University of Education's Youth Union, and Associate Professor Dr. Pham Duc Hiep - Party Chapter Secretary and School Principal, using these insights to establish goals for building a stronger Youth Union and enhancing youth movement activities in the new term.

The 55 official delegates, with a spirit of unity, focus, democracy, and responsibility, elected the Fourth School Youth Union Executive Board for the 2024-2027 term, consisting of 11 members.

In the first session, Mr. Nguyen Hai Duong - Secretary of the Third-term Youth Union (2022-2024), was re-elected as Secretary for the Fourth term (2024-2027). Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Thom was similarly re-elected as Deputy Secretary.

We congratulate the newly elected Fourth-term Youth Union Executive Board. We wish them success in their assigned tasks, good health, continued passion, and creativity in leading the school's Youth Union and Youth Movement to further development and outstanding achievements.
