(HES) - On the morning of March 9, 2026, at Room 104-HT2, the High School of Education Sciences (HES) successfully organized a career orientation seminar titled: "What Should Gen Z Learn to Create a Sustainable Future in the AI Era?" The event attracted a large number of participants and received enthusiastic responses from students, especially the 12th graders standing at a crucial threshold of their lives.
The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is completely reshaping the structure of the global labor market. Recognizing these fluctuations, the School consistently prioritizes early career guidance to ensure students do not lose their way amidst numerous choices. This morning’s seminar was honored to welcome Mr. Bui Thanh Tung, M.A., a lecturer from the Faculty of Engineering and Technology at the VNU International School. With 16 years of experience in implementing automation projects and having served as a Project Director for various multinational tech corporations, the speaker provided incredibly practical and profound perspectives.
In an open atmosphere, the seminar truly became an inspiring forum for knowledge exchange. The speaker decoded the panoramic view of future career trends and identified sectors with sustainable growth potential over the next one to two decades. Furthermore, from the rigorous viewpoint of global tech enterprises, Mr. Bui Thanh Tung pointed out core skills that students must equip themselves with to avoid being replaced by machines. His heartfelt advice served as a valuable toolkit, helping students re-evaluate their own abilities to make the most informed and suitable career choices.
In addition to the expert sharing session, this morning’s flag-raising ceremony activity also provided practical value by updating students on the latest 2026 University Admission Regulations. School representatives thoroughly disseminated new points and important notes from the Ministry of Education and Training. This serves as a solid psychological foundation, helping 12th-grade students proactively build the most effective study and revision strategies for the upcoming challenging admission season.
The event concluded with joy and determination clearly visible on the faces of the HESers. We hope that through the knowledge and guidance gained from this seminar, each student has found their own "compass" to confidently build a sustainable future.
