On the afternoon of October 16, 2025, in a solemn and democratic atmosphere, the Sub-Unit Trade Union of the High School of Education Sciences solemnly organized its 3rd Congress for the Term 2025 - 2030. This event represents an important political activity for all staff, teachers, employees, and workers in the School.

The Congress was honored to welcome Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Huong - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of the VNU University of Education Council; Dr. Nguyen Duc Huy - President of the VNU University of Education Trade Union; the HES School Management Board, and all trade union members. At the Congress, delegates focused on evaluating the operational results of the previous term and unanimously agreeing on the direction and tasks for the new term.

Giving a guiding speech at the Congress, Dr. Nguyen Duc Huy - President of the VNU University of Education Trade Union, commended the achievements of the HES Trade Union, affirming it as a bright spot in the activities of the VNU University of Education Trade Union. Concurrently, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Duc Hiep - Principal of the School, also acknowledged the crucial role of the Trade Union in caring for the lives of staff and teachers and in fostering unity and consensus throughout the school.

With a high sense of responsibility, the Congress wisely elected the Executive Committee of the 3rd Trade Union for the term 2025 - 2030, consisting of 5 outstanding comrades with sufficient capacity and qualities to lead the movement.
