In recent years, communication and event organization have become increasingly important and are considered one of the breakthroughs for the Youth Union organization and the youth movement. How can communication in Youth Union activities become effective, create successful connections between leaders and union members, and help members develop the necessary skills? This is the key question addressed in the talk session “Skill Development – Elevating the Role of Union Members”, organized by the Teachers' Union at the school on the afternoon of March 27.

The talk session was attended by representatives from the Youth Union Executive Committee and union members from the two Teachers' Union subgroups at the school. The program was divided into two main topics: Subgroup 1 focused on “Improving Communication Skills in Promoting Activities”, while Subgroup 2 presented “Event Organization Skills”.

The talk session not only provided an opportunity for union members to develop important soft skills but also helped raise awareness of the role and responsibilities of union members in community development. It was also a chance for members to exchange ideas, learn from each other’s experiences, and apply this knowledge effectively in their Youth Union work at their respective units.
