(HES) - As part of a series of activities to promote international integration and foster global citizenship for students, on the morning of March 4, 2026, the High School of Education Sciences (HES) held a meaningful meeting and exchange with a delegation of representatives and students from Chiba University, Japan.
Chiba University is renowned as one of Japan’s leading prestigious higher education institutions, with outstanding strengths in scientific research and practical education. The delegation's visit not only opened up opportunities for deep cultural exchange but also brought invaluable international academic experiences directly into HES classrooms.
The highlight of the exchange was the hands-on participation of Chiba University students in teaching and sharing knowledge within the Physics department. Utilizing modern, visual pedagogical methods and sharp scientific thinking, our friends from the Land of the Rising Sun transformed Physics lessons into incredibly vivid and engaging sessions.
In Class 11A2, students explored the topic: "Seeing the World Through Invisible Light: The Power of Ultraviolet."

Meanwhile, in Class 10A3, the Chiba students guided HESers through understanding the mechanisms of the human body from a physical perspective with the lecture: "Gas Movement and Pressure Differences: Mechanism of Breathing."

With language barriers dissolved by fluent English communication and an open spirit, HES students demonstrated their dynamism and confidence by constantly asking questions, interacting, and actively participating in practical activities.
Concluding the working program, representatives of the HES School Management Board held an intimate conversation and presented meaningful souvenirs imbued with Vietnamese cultural identity to the Chiba University delegation. The meeting took place in a very warm atmosphere, leaving a lasting impression on our international friends while strengthening the cooperative educational bond between the two institutions.

The exchange event with Chiba University (Japan) once again affirms the educational philosophy of the High School of Education Sciences in constantly creating a modern, multicultural learning environment. This serves as a solid stepping stone for HESers to confidently cultivate knowledge, hone their skills, and prepare themselves to step out into the world.
