In the joyful atmosphere shared by the entire people nationwide, on the morning of January 19, 2026, at HT2 Campus – Vietnam National University, Hanoi (Hoa Lac), High School for Education Sciences (HES) solemnly held a flag-raising ceremony and weekly assembly under the themes “Celebrating the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam” and “Being Wise and Safe in Cyberspace.”
This week’s flag-raising ceremony carried profound political significance, serving as a broad political and ideological activity aimed at fostering patriotism and strengthening national pride among HES students. During the ceremony, all staff, teachers, and students of the school participated in the solemn flag-raising ritual, joining young people across the country in turning their hearts toward this major national event.


Following the ceremony, Ms. Hoang Lan Huong, M.A., Homeroom Teacher of Class 10D1, reviewed and evaluated the activities of the previous week. She also commended classes that had demonstrated outstanding achievements in academic performance.

Continuing the program, Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung, M.A., Vice Principal of the school, delivered an important speech conveying key messages about the Spring Festival 2026 and the series of activities celebrating the 10th anniversary of HES (March 3, 2016 – March 3, 2026). He emphasized that this milestone marks a significant stage in the school’s development and requires the unity, dedication, and creativity of both teachers and students to create memorable and meaningful highlights.

A highlight of the assembly was the life-skills education segment titled “Being Wise and Safe in Cyberspace,” presented by Class 10D2. Through an engaging short play and lively interactive games, students conveyed practical messages about appropriate online behavior, identifying fake news, and protecting personal information in the digital age.


The ceremony concluded in an atmosphere of confidence and optimism. Teachers and students of HES are determined to continue striving for excellence in teaching and learning, achieving outstanding results in celebration of the successful 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, while looking forward to the 10th anniversary of the school’s establishment.
